Good freezing morning from Texas.

It’s 25 degrees with a high of 36 yikes. Help, I need somebody. Help, not just anybody. Help us Lord God from heaven!

Our devotion today is called “Help us O Lord” Psalm 108:12-13 says, Give us help from trouble, For the help of man is useless. Through God we will do valiantly, For it is He who shall tread down our enemies. Yesterday Franklin Graham, the son of Billy Graham said in his prayer it was God who saved Donald Trump and it was God who won him the election. In the book of Daniel it says that it is God who raises up kings. We need to realize that it is God who brings about victory whether it is in your personal life or for a nation. All men are only a vapor, here for a moment and then gone, James 4:14. I was watching an interview with George Harrison of the Beatles and he said that from 17 to 57 went by so fast and he is right. What matters is knowing Christ because this life is where we decide where we will spend eternity! We were put on this earth to glorify God with our lives. Let’s not look at the person who happens to be in power but let’s look to Jesus Christ the one who raises up kings and brings them down. He is the author and finisher of our faith. Help us O Lord through this day and the day’s to come to look to you in all we do. Please continue to pray for all those we’ve mentioned.
