Psalm 3:1

Good good morning to all and I pray you have a blessed Monday.

Our devotion today is in Psalm 3:1, LORD how they have increased who trouble me! Many are they who rise up against me. In a spiritual battle it’s hard to know the enemy until you let your light shine before them. King David wrote this psalm as he was being chased by his son Absalom. Our enemy can be right in our own family. But if we are not shining the light of the gospel we will never know. Why is it important to know? Because your loved one could be on their way to hell for eternity and you could be the one to warn them in love and do all that you can to turn them around. Don’t ever be ashamed to pray before a meal, or say that a dirty joke is offensive, or just to talk about our Savior Jesus Christ. This is no time to put off letting your loved ones and friends know the truth. The life they live might trouble you but it will be a lot more troubling for them to go to hell. God is not willing that any perish but that all come to repentance, 2nd Peter 3:9. Be the person that leads them to repentance.

Have a blessed day and always remember that Jesus loves you!
