Howdy from Texas. This country needs Jesus! Now!

Our devotion today is called, ” Showing forth the praise of God ” Psalm 79:13 says, “So we, Your people and sheep of Your pasture, Will give You thanks forever; We will show forth Your praise to all generations. If the only time we are showing forth praise is at church you need to check your walk. Praise doesn’t necessarily mean singing. We can praise God in our lives by not speaking evil, or going along with the ways of this world. A life sold out for Christ is one that pleases Christ. That doesn’t mean that we are perfect because we are not but it does mean that we no longer practice the ways of this world. We practice pleasing God and that is showing forth praise. And let me say this, it’s not a burden to do! It is a pleasure to please someone that you love. Do you want to be a God pleaser? If you’re a child of God the answer is yes, so if you feel you’re not showing forth praise to God in your life, start today by asking Him to help you be more obedient and faithful to Him. To God be the glory, Amen.
