Rise and shine and give God the glory all you saints of the LORD.

Our devotion today is called, ” Do you believe in angels? ” Psalm 91:11 says, For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways. In the book angels by Billy Graham there is a story of a man and his wife who were missionaries to wild indians. One day they surrounded the missionaries’ hut and they got on their knees and prayed all night. And the Indians went away. As the story goes, the chief got saved and came to visit the missionaries and they asked him, “why did you leave that day?” The chief said because of the big men that came out and surrounded your house. The missionaries said, there weren’t any men at our house and the chief said, oh yes there was. There is no doubt that God can send His angels in the form of men. He did it in Genesis Chapters 18 and 19. In Hebrews 13:2 it says, Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by doing so some have unwittingly entertained angels. If you believe the Bible you will believe that God has plenty of angels and He appoints them to watch over us. I remember getting mad at God when my twin brother died in an accident. But now I realize God took Mike home and His angel carried him there. Do you believe in angels? They are all around us, Psalm 34:7. These angels are mighty warriors for God and are ready to serve at any time. We see them throughout the Bible. Our God is great, and His army is great, and if you’re born again you are on the winning team.
