What’s love got to do with it? Everything!

Our devotion today is called, ” Because He first loved us ” Psalm 116:1-2 says, I LOVE the LORD, because He has heard My voice and supplications. Because He has inclined His ear to me, Therefore I will call upon Him as long as I live. We will end the week talking about love. When you find somebody you love, you can’t get enough of their presence. You desire to be around them, see them, talk to them. When Tina and I first met I called her every day, and wanted to be with her as much as possible. When we are kids, we fall into what is called puppy love. I remember talking to a girl on the phone and sometimes we wouldn’t say anything but just be on the phone together. God’s love is so much beyond our physical love here on earth. 1st John 4:19 says, We love Him because He first loved us. Love ain’t just a four letter word and true love doesn’t stink. God’s love is amazing, steady and unchanging! Thank you Lord for your true love. Please continue to pray for Pastor Tom for complete healing, Martha’s feet to heal,, For Roger Lewis to be healed, and for Kelianne to get her transplant. Love you all from Texas.
