Two weeks left of 2024, this year sure went by fast, James 4:14.

Our devotion today is called, ” blessing God ” Psalm 104:1 says, BLESS the LORD, O my soul! O LORD my God, You are very great: You are clothed with honor and majesty. How can we put a smile on God’s face? In this psalm which I believe is written by David, the psalmist begins to praise God for who He is. He says, My God, you are very great, clothed with honor and majesty. To see God like this you must know Him and the way we know Him is being born again and searching the scriptures. A relationship with our creator puts a smile on His face. Psalm 22:3 says, But You are holy, enthroned in the praises of Israel. This psalm is praising God for His creation and we have so much to praise Him for this Christmas season. He didn’t bring us this far to leave us, He didn’t teach us to swim to let us drown, He didn’t build a home in us to move away. He didn’t lift us up to let us down. What an awesome God we serve. Just to think He gave us life and if you want He will give you eternal life. Thank you Jesus.
