Blessed be Your name, in the land that is plentiful, where Your streams of abundance flows, Blessed be Your name.

Our devotion today is called, “Blessings from the blessed” Psalm 106:48 says, Blessed be the LORD God of Israel From everlasting to everlasting! And let all the people say, “Amen!” Praise the LORD! What a way to end an amazing chapter. This chapter starts with PRAISE the LORD! and ends with praise the LORD! This chapter speaks of the failure of man and the blessedness of our God. God is the one who will part the sea, raise the dead, calm the sea, heal the sick, cause the blind to see, and deliver a soul from hell. He is worthy to be praised. Please do not blame God for the fires of California. That is all on the leaders of California and I say this because there are some that are doing just that. And putting up pictures of a house standing with everything burnt around it and saying this is God, no this is nonsense. Please stop! That is not the God of the Bible. We are under grace and God is not judging the world right now. This is all a part of the fall of man. We are living in a fallen world Genesis 3 and John 16:33. Let’s praise God for His mercy and grace today and pray for those who have lost loved ones and properties and all. The worst thing we can do in these troubled times is make God out to be a tyrant that is getting back at mankind! And pray for those we have mentioned. Pray, pray, pray.
