Good day to all our friends and family out there and tonight I will be going live and we will be finishing off Acts Chapter 8 looking at the Ethiopian eunuch.

Our Devotion on this Wednesday is called, ” Godly counsel keeps you safe ” Proverbs 24 verses 5 and 6 says, a wise man is strong, yes, a man of knowledge increases strength; For by wise counsel you will wage your own war, and in a multitude of counselors there is safety. It is always a good thing to get counsel but at the same time we need to get godly counsel. Whether it’s for substance abuse or financial situations or like us going through the valley of the shadow of death, it is good to listen to what God’s word has to say about what you are going through. This life will deal us some hard things. If we allow it, This Life will chew us up and spit us out! But we don’t have to allow it; we can sit at the Lord’s feet, and listen to Him on whatever we’re going through by His word. Wisdom is knowledge applied and it says a wise man is strong which means he has applied the wisdom of God’s Word to his life and it says yes a man of knowledge increases in strength. That is God’s strength in us giving us the ability to go forward and be successful because it is by wisdom that you will wage your own war in other words, we all have our battle to go through and it’s so good to sit down with someone who is walked with God for years and knows the word and get some great advice because that’s where safety lies. I will once again ask for prayers for our family! We are still struggling our way through Jerek being gone and it is very difficult for all of us.
