Good day to you all and thank you to those who came on Youtube last night and fellowshipped online.

Our devotion today is called, ” He remains faithful ” 2nd Timothy 2:13 says, If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself. I believe that if we are honest we will all agree that we are not always faithful to God. Who can say I have lived a perfect life and pleased God continually? Only one person and that is Jesus! That is the reason we look to our Lord for righteousness and to be found blameless because He was found blameless and now He is our righteousness. Paul wrote in Romans Chapter 7 verses 24 and 25, O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God but with the flesh the law of sin. Paul was recognizing that in this body we are going to fall short of the glory of God which means there are times when we end up wavering in our faith. But God who is faithful will remain faithful to us and remind us that it’s not by works of righteousness that we have done but according to His mercy He has saved us, Titus Chapter 3 verse 5. Romans chapter 6 and verse 15 says what then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace? Certainly not! like one old pastor said I used to run To sin but now I run from it and now and then it catches up to me. We are saved by grace through faith. It’s a gift of God not of works lest any man should boast. But that does not mean we have a ticket to send because as a child of God we no longer want to live that life. But when we do fall we can remember, If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny himself! 1st John 1:9. It is so good to have a God that is merciful, forgiving, And willing to work with a wretch like me.
