Happy Wednesday, can you believe we are already a quarter of the way through 2025.

Our devotion today is called, ” I am Your servant ” Psalm 119:125 says, I am Your servant, Give me understanding, That I may know Your testimonies. The question is, am I His servant? Jesus told Satan in Luke 4, Get behind Me, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him you shall serve. The words worship and serve are the same. God desires for our life to be a life of worship which means we will be serving Him. When we serve the LORD we will study His word and from studying we will get understanding. To understand what God loves and hates we must know His word and knowing His word increases our faith, Romans 10:17. And because of that, we can know His testimonies which are mainly found in Jesus. Can we all say, I am Your servant to God today? I sure hope so but if not ask God to make you a servant. We used to sing a song at Calvary Chapel years ago that had that line in it, make me a servant. Wherever you are and whatever you may be doing in life, right now if you cry out to God, He can make you His servant which will completely turn your life around for the good. I have been sick for 3 or 4 days so I haven’t been able to study which means I need to take the day off today. So there will be no study tonight, please pray for healing from whatever it is that I got. Thank you for the prayers.
