We are already through January of 2025, time is going by too fast.

Pray, pray, pray. Pastor Tom is home but he is still battling illness so please pray for him and all we’ve mentioned.

Our devotion today is called, ” In His presence ” Psalm 114:7 says, “Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord, At the presence of the God of Jacob. To God’s children the presence of the Lord is joy, Psalm 16:11 says, In Your presence LORD there’s fullness of joy, but here in Psalm 114:7 it is speaking of God’s wrath. At the Red sea the waters fled because of the presence of God. When I think of the judgement of God coming I always think of Ecclesiastes 8:11, which says, Because the sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil. God is love, 1st John 4:8 but He is also just, Deuteronomy 32:4, Psalm 11:7. God someday has to deal with the unjust because it is His nature. He also extends His hand of forgiveness and love so the choice is up to us, do we want the judgement of God of the love and forgiveness. There are those who say if God is love why does He send people to hell? People are already on their way to hell, God is standing in the way through His people trying to stop them from going there. That is the love of God, John 3:16. Choose life. Deuteronomy 30:19 says, I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live. For us, God’s children, In His presence is fullness of joy.
