Good day to you all. We bow our hearts, we bend our knees, Oh Spirit come make us humble. We turn our eyes, from evil things, Oh Lord we cast down our idols.

Our devotion today is called, ” No more idols ” Psalm 135:15-18 says, The idols of the nations are silver and gold, The work of men’s hands. They have mouths but they do not speak; Eyes they have, but they do not see; They have ears, but they do not hear; Nor is there any breath in their mouths, Those who make them are like them; So is everyone who trusts in them. Idols have been happening since the fall of man. And throughout history we see people choosing things other than God to worship. It might be a job, or hobby, or person or just a false god. Anything that takes first place over the true God is an idol. Let’s all agree to say, no more idols, in other words, nothing comes before our God. God first before everything including family. Matthew 10:37, Jesus said, He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. If we put God first, we will have a healthy and happy family and life! I am still feeling sick so unfortunately I will not be going live tonight. I couldn’t put the study time in because I was feeling sick.
