Good Monday to you all. Pray for our leadership in our country, for protection and guidance.

Our devotion today is called, “Our prayer”, Matthew 6:9-13, In this manner therefore, pray; Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For YOURS is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever, Amen. What a great outline for prayer. Our Lord showed us how and what to say. It’s an outline for us to go by starting out with recognizing who God is. He is our Father and He is Holy. And to not ask for things that we do not need, Give us our daily bread. Remember what the Bible says in 1st Timothy 6:6, godliness with contentment is great gain. And what is really important Jesus adds, forgive us our debts as we forgive others. Holding grudges is horrible for you and the person you’re holding it against. This is called the Lord’s prayer but it’s really our prayer or it should be. Please continue to pray for Pastor Tom, Patty, Roger and Amy, Dennis and Martha and our great country.
