Good Monday morning to you all.

Pray for Pastor Tom he is still going through medical issues and will not be on proverbs until he gets healed up. And please continue to pray for Martha Deanda and Dennis for healing.

Our devotion today is called, ” Rejoicing voices ” Psalm 97:1 says, THE LORD reigns; Let the earth rejoice; Let the multitude of isles be glad! This psalm is more than likely speaking of the second coming of Christ. He will reign over the earth and His people will be rejoicing. It is amazing how we can rejoice even now when we are in the middle of corruption from the ruler of this world which is the devil according to 2nd Corinthians 4:4. Jeremiah 29:11 says, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not evil, to give you a future and a hope. As God’s kids we have the greatest future in the world. Jesus said in John 14:2, I go to prepare a place for you. Can you imagine how beautiful that place is going to be? God loves us so much and He has great things in store for you and me. We can rejoice in the fact that our God reigns! What can be better than that? Our loving, forgiving, merciful, wonderful God is in control of everything. We should have rejoicing in our voices each day knowing this.
