Good day to all and pray for our police and Ice agents and military in New York and California that are under attack.

Our devotion today is called, ” Strength under control ” Matthew 5:5 says, Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth. The word meek means strength under control. So often we think of meek as someone who won’t stand up or defend themselves but that is not what this means. Those who are born again, John3:3, should be the strongest people in the world. To stand up against the evil of this world without getting into the flesh takes a supernatural strength. It’s easy to get into fights, to yell and say ugly things. But it is next to impossible to do the right thing under pressure and say the right thing under pressure but with God all things are possible, Mark 10:27. As children of the most high God, the Bible says, we shall inherit the earth! Talk about a great inheritance and God is talking about a restored earth, not this fallen world we live in. Jeremiah 29:11 says, I know the thoughts I have toward you, thoughts of good and not evil, to give you a future and a hope. That’s our God’s thoughts toward us. We are blessed.
