The title of our devotion on this Tuesday is called, ” There is no counsel against the Lord “, Proverbs chapter 21 and verse 30 says, There is no wisdom or understanding or counsel against the Lord. It doesn’t matter how smart you are or how much you know or how strong you are or who you know, Nothing will stand in the face of God. But there are those that think they can and at the end of the age in the Battle of Armageddon the kings of the world are going to gather themselves together to fight against God Almighty. Revelation 14:20, Isaiah 63:1-6. What a joke it is for them that they think they could stand against God Almighty. And there are those in day to day living that act as if they are God and stick their nose up at God and say evil things against God and those types of people are to be pitied. Who can fight against the Lord? No one! Isaiah chapter 55 and verses 8 and 9 say, for my thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are my ways your ways,” Says the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways. And my thoughts than your thoughts. We see the world we’re living in going further and further away from righteousness and truth and justice and someday righteousness truth and justice will show up and do away with this mess! Let’s give them Jesus while we can.
