Update on our brother Ruben, he is doing much better, he is still in the hospital but should be released soon, thanks for all the prayers.

” Walk this way ” is the title of our devotion today. Colossians 4:5-6 says, Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one. As a child of God I want to walk this way. In wisdom! Wisdom is knowledge applied to our life. If I learn what pleases God and I don’t do it what good is that? If I live like the rest of this world it might give some a false sense of security because they will think, if he is going to heaven, so am I. That certainly doesn’t mean I am perfect or any other child of God but we are different. Different in the sense that we no longer have to go along with the ways of the world. It doesn’t make us any better as but it does cause us to live a better life. Who am I, that the Lord of all the earth would care to know my name? Would care to feel my hurt? Who am I, that the bright and morning star would choose to light the way, For my ever wandering heart? God loves us, Period!
