Merry Christmas Eve to you all. Mary, did you know that your baby boy would someday walk on water? Mary did you know that your baby boy would save our sons and daughters? Did you know that your baby boy has come to make you new? This child that you’ve delivered will soon deliver you.

Our devotion today is called, ” Wise men still seek Him ” Matthew 2:1 says, Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem. It was a long hard journey but these men would not give up or give in because they wanted to see this child that had been born. It is always wisdom to seek the Lord even through hard times. It may take some time to end up seeing why were going through what were going through but wisdom say’s, Seek the Lord. In this world with so many distractions it is easy to go days without seeking Jesus but we end up in a dry and deserted place when we do that. These wise men wouldn’t rest until they were at the place where Jesus was. Wise people today are still seeking the Lord every day for guidance, needs, help and we know that He hears us because we are His! Psalm 34:17 says, The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears, And delivers them out of all their trouble. Wise men and women still seek the one who knows all and will find comfort in doing that.
