Good good morning or afternoon. I would like to wish my mom a late happy heavenly birthday yesterday, and my daughter Angie a happy birthday today. Also please pray for my brother Dennis, he is in the hospital and they are going to operate on him. He has a hole that goes from his bladder to his colon so please pray all goes well.

Our devotion is called, ” You know me ” Psalm 139: 1-2 says, O LORD, You have searched me and know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up; You understand my thoughts afar off. Verse 5-6 says, You have hedged me behind and before, And laid Your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is high, I cannot attain it. I remember years ago sitting at a stop light on Bellflower blvd and Flower street in Bellflower and thinking about God knowing every person, the number of hairs on their heads, their names and everything about them and it was a bit overwhelming. He not only knows my name. He knows my needs, wants, hurts, blessings, doubts and everything else. When I come to the conclusion that He is all knowing, all powerful, all present, it makes it a little easier to trust in Him. And even though He knows when I fail, He still loves me and cares for me. That is the kind of love we need in this world today. A love that doesn’t look down from arrogance but looks down from the cross, being crucified with Christ, Galatians 2:20. It’s so good to serve such a good God.
