Good Monday morning to everybody and I hope you had a blessed weekend. We sure did and to let you all know Crucified Motorcycle Ministry will now be allowed to fly its patch in the great state of Texas So I just want to say thank you Jesus!

Our Devotion today is called, ” Get wisdom ” Proverbs chapter 4 and verse 5 says, Get wisdom! Get understanding! do not forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth. The idea of the word get here is to purchase something. In order to get a paycheck a person must work to get it. In order to get good at an instrument a person must practice for a long time. In order for us to have salvation God sacrificed his own Son. Talk about purchasing something, God knows what it’s like to pay for something He paid for our sin! And to get wisdom and understanding in the Word of God it takes study. Second Timothy two verse 15 says, study to show yourself approved to God a worker who does not need to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth. God’s word gives us great insight on how to achieve wisdom, Which is knowledge applied. I’ve watched many people grow in the Lord over the years. On Our Men’s ranch in California I had the privilege of watching men come into the program and get saved and go on to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Their speech would change and their attitude would change because of the knowledge they were getting from studying the word of God. It takes effort, but it is well worth it to be able to give an answer for the hope that is in you, 1st Peter 3:15. Get wisdom, get knowledge and it will definitely change your life for the good.
