Good morning to all and hope you’re having a blessed week.

Dear Lord, we pray for all those we know right now who are suffering and going through the fiery trials, and we pray for our great country for revival among your people and for all those in congress who are fighting for our freedom, Lord give them strength and wisdom, Amen.

Today’s devotion is called, ” A love that suffers ” 1st Corinthians 13:4 says, Love suffers long and is kind; does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up. The only person that ever fits this perfectly is Jesus. Isaiah 53:3 says, He is despised and rejected by men, A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. Christ loved all those around Him and in return was treated horribly. God’s heart toward people has never changed, John 3:16. But it seems in these last day’s man’s heart toward God has become more and more cold. If they hate you, it’s because they hate Me, Jesus said. So, how should we behave ourselves in this sick and dying generation? Love em all and let God sort em out. A love that suffers shows kindness even in the midst of insults and hatred. That’s what our Savior did. He suffered for you and me and according to Hebrews 12 was glad to do it. Lord help us to be more like You.
