Good day to you all and I pray you have a blessed safe day. My son Joe sent me these verses this morning so I’m going to share them with you.

Our devotion is called,” Check your heart ” Matthew chapter 12 verses 33 through 37 says, either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree bad and its fruit bad; For a tree is known by its fruit. Brood of Vipers! How can you being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things, an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things. But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, They will give account of it in the day of judgment. For by your words you will be justified, And by your words you will be condemned. These are very strong words from our Lord Jesus Christ and it is really telling us to put a guard at our mouth and be careful with the words that we say. What is inside of our heart will come out of our mouths and if what’s coming out of your mouth is corrupt then that means your heart is corrupt and you need to run to the Lord and ask Him to clean up your heart. We all have bad days and say things we shouldn’t. But that’s not what we’re talking about here, we’re talking about a habitual act of saying rude and crude things about people or against people whatever it might be. So maybe we just need to Ask the Lord to search our heart and see if there is any wicked way in us and to lead us in the way of everlasting, Psalm 139; 23-24.LORD please help us through this time!
