Good Monday morning. Today is two weeks since my son in law Jerek Foster went to be with Jesus and it is still very hard on the family.

” I can only imagine ” is the title of our devotion today. Whenever a family goes through the valley of the shadow of death It takes us into intensive care and it also causes a bonding that wasn’t there before. Jerek was as good of a son in law as you could find, He loved his wife and kids and worked hard to keep a roof over their heads and I thank each and everyone of you that have prayed and helped us through this very difficult time. Whenever something like this happens our hearts and minds go into the spiritual world and think of heaven and what is going on there now. There is a place called Heaven Jesus spoke of this place in John chapter 14 verses one through six. When He said, Let not your heart be troubled; You believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; That where I am, There you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know. Thomas said to Him,Lord, We do not know where you are going, and how can we know the way? Jesus said to him, I am the way, The truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. Our hearts are still broken and it will take time to heal so we appreciate your prayers and please keep Pastor Zach and Misty and Deb and Jesse in prayer as they travel back to California.
