Our devotion today is called, ” Rise to the occasion ” In Hebrews chapter 12 verse three it says, “For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls. Our Lord Jesus Christ, against all odds rose to the occasion to defeat the enemy, By living a perfect life and rising from the dead And He did that so that He could make a way to heaven and also make a way to have fellowship with His people, Hebrews 12:2. We talk about tough as nails and Jesus is as tough as nails to go through what he went through in life and in death and then rise from the dead, He Is truly an amazing person. I believe we can take a lesson from Jesus to not let the circumstances around us dictate who we are or what we will do. The Holy Spirit in us is much greater than anything that is gonna come our way 1st John 4:4. No matter what this world may throw at us, always remember the best is yet to come and Christ told us that He is going to prepare a place for us john chapter 14 verses one through six and so we have the greatest future in the world. Rise to the occasion in these last days to be a light shining in this dark world that we’re living in. And please continue to pray for Ice, for our military, For our police that are fighting in the streets for our freedom.
