” In the blink of an eye is the title of our devotion. ” 1st Corinthians 15:51-52 says, Behold I tell you a mystery, We shall not all sleep, but we shall be changed. In a moment in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet, for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible and we shall be changed. This event is called the Rapture of the Church and the way things are looking in this world it could happen at any moment. And the thing is, it is going to happen so fast that you will not have time to make a decision. It’s going to be in the blink of an eye. That is faster than a second! The word rapture is not in the Bible but we get the word from 1st Thessalonians Chapter 4 And verse 17, the word caught up is where we get the word rapture from. I have no idea how this is gonna work out but God’s word says it’s going to happen and it gives us all the signs of when it’s gonna happen And if you’re not ready you will not have time to repent and you will be stuck here on this earth for what is known as that great tribulation. God has always delivered His people from His judgments. We see it in the book of Genesis when Noah was told to build the boat. God delivered Noah and his family from the flood. We see it in Genesis 18 at 19 when God delivered lots family from Sodom and Gomorrah before He destroyed it. And God will deliver His people in these last days from His judgments on this earth. Be ready because we do not know of the day nor the hour when this will happen.
