” A troubled heart ” Is the title of our devotion today. Psalm chapter 84 and verse two says, my soul longs, yes, even faints for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. Please pray for the family of the young lady that lost her life yesterday while attacking ICE agents. We are living in such troublesome times and the Bible says that in the last days perilous times will come, Second Timothy chapter three verse one. It seems there is unrest in every country. People rising up against evil regimes and when this happens there will be no rest. And sometimes we can only have peace through strength and through war. Things have been let go for so long and now we are seeing the result of it all and we have a president that is trying to clean up the mess. What will help us in this time of trouble is to turn our hearts to the Lord and cry out to him for help. If you’re like me you want to do something about this whole situation but in order to do that it would be breaking the law and we don’t want to do that. So I would suggest to all my brothers and sisters out there, get serious about praying for our country. In the book of Acts chapter one the disciples asked Jesus as He was getting ready to ascend back into heaven When are you going to set up your kingdom? And the Lords reply was, It is not for you to know and that is such a tough answer because like those disciples in the book of Acts we wanna know, When is righteousness going to reign? My heart goes out to those that are feeding into the lie of the devil and coming against law and order. So let’s all agree to maybe put a little more prayer into the situation that we’re seeing unfold in front of our eyes which is the saving of America.
