Don't be a fool

Happy April Fool’s Day.

” Don’t be a fool ” is the title of our devotion today. Psalm chapter 14 and verse one says, the fool has said in his heart, there is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none who does good. In the eyes of God Almighty the unbeliever is corrupt and abominable and can do nothing good. Jeremiah chapter 17 and verse 9 Says, The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; Who can know it? That is a heart that is separated from God and God calls that person a fool. Romans chapter one and verse 20 says, For since the creation of the world his invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead, So that they are without excuse. I can see why God would call people a fool that say there is no God because there is so much proof that there is a God. To say that all this simply happened by accident is ludicrous! We are the only planet in the universe that man can survive on. The sun comes up every day to give us warmth. God sends rain in its season to water the plants that give us food. On our planet there is a thing called oxygen that allows us to breathe. And there is this thing called gravity that holds us on the planet. And to say all this happened by chance you would have to be a fool! Don’t be a fool, look at reality, all this could not simply happen by chance because there is a creator and you find that creator in Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Have a blessed April Fools Day and always remember that Jesus loves you!
