Good day to you all and I pray you all are blessed by the best Jesus Christ.

Our Devotion on this Tuesday is called, ” Don’t be hatin, be covered by love ” Proverbs Chapter 10 verse 12 says, hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all sins. Hate is a strong word and if it’s used correctly it is fine. Such as hate sin. In Hebrews chapter one verse 9 the Father is speaking to the Son and He says you have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness. So there are certain things we should hate but people are not one of those! Where we fall short is when we begin to hate a person or a people whether it be for their political views or the color of their skin or whatever it might be. We are never to hate people. In fact we are to love and that’s why it says in the second part of this verse, But love covers all sins. Remember what Jesus said in Matthew chapter 5 verses 43 and 44 He said, you have heard that it was said, you shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy. But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse, do good to those that hate you, and pray for those that spitefully use you and persecute you. So don’t be hating but be covered with love because love covers a multitude of sin, 1st Peter 4:8. And remember I can do all things through Christ Philippians chapter 4 verse 13.
