Happy Friday the 13th and what a day to praise the Lord.

“Let’s get healthy” Proverbs chapter 3 verses 7 and 8 says, do not be wise in your own eyes, Fear the LORD and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones. To be healthy in the Lord these verses say there are three things we must do. First, we must not be wise in our own eyes. In other words do not lean on your own understanding like verse 5 says and the only way we can do that is by following after the word of God and Second, we must fear the Lord. A good healthy fear keeps us from the evil of this world. WE see it with people fighting with law enforcement today. If they had a good healthy fear towards law enforcement they wouldn’t find themselves in handcuffs. And the Third, is to depart from evil And there is plenty of evil in this world today especially with the Internet and it being so easy to find whatever you want. To depart from evil is to repent from it, turn your back on it and face God and verse eight will appear. It will be health to your flesh and strength to your bones. God’s desire for us is to have a great great life. John chapter 10 verse 10 and John chapter 10 verse 10 also tells us Satan wants to ruin our life. The choice is up to you, Which way will you go, steaks are just a little too high, gambling with your soul.
